One day Lemsempirong an old man was in his field when he heard a bird chirping “Lemsempirong- Sempirong”. Out of curiosity he went towards where the bird is and found that it was repeatedly dipping it’s featers in water, flew out and make the sound as if it was calling it’s name. Therefore he made a pond in the stream and used the water only for himself. He kept his discovery secret from his people at Chungliyimti.
One day when the whole village was working, everyone’s rice was black but Lemsempirong’s was white. Upon learning his story the villagers decided to prepare a pond there with the village Witch’s approval and worshipped it.
They then dedicated a song each to the “Fish Pond” and to “Lemsempirong” called his decendants as “Tzuwar” The Jamir Clan of Ao’s, the clan that discovered Water.
